Who are we?

Bengaluru-born, US-raised, engineer-turned-farmer, founder Amulya Kattimani, is an urban nomad on a quest to absorb and experience life’s best amidst the current digital matrix we live in. Avadhaan, translating to “attention” in Sanskrit, was born in 2024 to reinstate the need for our keen attention to all parts of our be-ing — our only differentiator in today’s AI-driven world.

What do we do?

Avadhaan is on a mission to produce and deliver fresh and tasty microgreens to your doorstep. Whether you’re a chef, restaurant owner, an athlete, or simply an urban-dweller looking to eat clean, we commit to offering you the best value for your price.

Why trust us?

Blessed to be born into a family where our forefathers were farmers in the Uttar Kannada district of North Karnataka, I am grateful to share that farming is our bread-and-butter and being in touch with soil is our path to sustenance.  My father bought his first piece of land in 1994, and since then, we’ve expanded multifold—our primary crops include arecanut, cashews, pepper, banana, pineapple and coffee. We are eager to translate our learnings from large lands of annual bearing crops to small trays of fresh weekly produce.
